            Prior to the consideration of the regular Agenda items, City Council will hold a Public Hearing to accept recommendations concerning the location of boundaries of a deteriorated area or areas for which area is proposed to include Mauch Chunk Rd. and Laurel St., south to Union Blvd., west on Union Blvd. to Main St., south on Main St. to Broad St., Broad St east to Maple St., then north on Maple to East Fairview St., west on East Fairview St. to Grenadier Blvd., north on Grenadier Blvd. to Laurel St., then back to the starting point at Laurel St. and Mauch Chunk Rd., and extend the LERTA Program for the new boundaries as stated through December 31, 2023.

            Communication 6A – Redevelopment Authority – Resolution supporting the Designation of Areas of the City of Bethlehem within which Exemption from Tax Assessments may be granted for the Improvement to Deteriorated Industrial, Commercial and other Business property and/or Deteriorated Residential property and areas.
