Prior to the consideration of the regular Agenda items, City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to consider revisions to the Federal Fiscal Year 2004 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, 2005 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program. The purpose for these revisions is to transfer fund balances from program year 2004 to 2005, revise specific project budgets, create new activities, and re-designate certain HOME funds as HOME-CHDO funds to meet the Federal HOME Program requirement that 15% of the City’s allocation be budgeted to CHDO organizations.
